How it works

From a two-minute check-in to tomorrow's movement plan.

Stappn works in a short loop: you report how the day went, Stappn prepares a plan you can actually do, and the plan is revised whenever your day changes.

Coach conversation

Stage 1

1. A short evening check-in

The coach asks a handful of questions: how today went, how much time you have tomorrow, how your energy feels and whether anything should be avoided. No diagnosis questions, no dosage questions.

Daily plan

Stage 2

2. Your inputs become a plan

  • Available time decides the session length.
  • Reported energy decides intensity and posture options.
  • Injection rhythm changes what is scheduled around those days.
  • Movement limitations remove or replace specific movements.
  • Recent activity keeps the week balanced instead of front-loaded.
  • Your goals decide whether steps, strength or mobility lead.

Stage 3

3. The next day is prepared for you

  • A daily movement plan with clear session steps
  • A step target for the day
  • Reminders at times you chose
  • Coach messages when something needs adjusting

Stage 4

4. Nothing is treated as failure

Skipping, shortening or swapping a session is a normal input. Stappn re-plans instead of resetting a streak, and you can ask for a lighter version at any point.
