Who creates Stappn content
Articles on this site are written and edited by the Stappn Editorial Team — the product and content people who build Stappn. We do not publish ghostwritten or sponsored articles. When an article has no named clinical reviewer, it is general educational content only and is not labelled as medically reviewed.
How we choose sources
We use a source hierarchy, in this order:
1. Official regulatory information, such as approved product labelling and medicines-agency documents.
2. Public-health and professional-body guidance.
3. Peer-reviewed research, preferring systematic reviews and randomised trials over single small studies.
Every number we publish must have a visible, relevant source linked next to it. We do not cite press releases, marketing pages or content farms, and we do not present a trial average as a personal prediction.
Dates and corrections
Each article shows its publication date and, when the content has materially changed, an updated date. We do not refresh dates automatically at build time. If you spot an error, write to support@stappn.com with the article URL. We correct factual errors and note substantive corrections in the article.
Education is not medical advice
Stappn content is general educational information about movement, energy and habits. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We never tell readers to start, stop, taper or change a prescription, a dose or an injection day. Medication, dose, side-effect and treatment decisions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Commercial disclosure
Stappn is a commercial product. Articles may link to Stappn and to our waitlist. Stappn has no undisclosed affiliation with, and receives no funding from, any pharmaceutical company. We do not accept paid placements in editorial content.
What we claim about the product
Stappn uses the information you report — injection schedule, side effects, energy, available time, goals, limitations and feedback — to create and adapt movement plans and reminders. Stappn does not diagnose, does not monitor your medical status, does not prescribe treatment and does not determine medication dosing. We do not claim that Stappn prevents muscle loss, guarantees weight loss or increases the effect of any medication.
