Terms of Use

These Terms govern Stappn, provided by Stappn Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi at Demetevler Mah. 362. Cad. Elif Sitesi B Blok No: 21 İç Kapı No: 50, Yenimahalle/Ankara, Türkiye. By creating an account or using Stappn, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy and Health Notice are integral disclosures.

Stappn is only for adults aged 18 or older. Account information must be accurate, you must protect access to your account and tell us about unauthorized use, and accounts may not be transferred. You can sign in with Apple, Google or email.

Stappn provides movement-habit and general fitness support for adults using GLP-1 medications. Stappn is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not prescribe or recommend medication dosage, injection timing, nutrition, or treatment changes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help for chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, fainting, dizziness, sharp pain, or worsening symptoms. Consult a health professional before starting if you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you. Stappn is not an emergency service and does not monitor symptoms in real time.

The AI coach can produce inaccurate or incomplete content. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or emergencies. AI processing is separately disclosed and optional as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid features are offered through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen states the subscription duration, included service, trial period, renewal date, and total renewal charge. Unless canceled before the renewal date shown by the store, subscriptions renew automatically. Manage or cancel through the applicable store. Deleting the app or Stappn account does not cancel the store subscription. Restore active purchases through Restore Purchases. Refunds are governed by store rules and non-waivable consumer law.

Subject to these Terms, Stappn grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, noncommercial use. Stappn software, videos, text, branding, and designs belong to Stappn or its licensors. Reverse engineering, copying, resale, security circumvention, harmful code, unlawful use, unauthorized account access, and abusive automation are prohibited. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Stappn a limited permission to process it only to provide, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your permissions.

You may not use Stappn unlawfully, harmfully, deceptively or in a way that infringes others' rights; you may not submit malicious code, access other accounts, or use automation that disrupts or overloads the service.

The service relies on providers including Apple, Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Expo, and RevenueCat. Their outages or changes may affect functionality, and their terms may apply additionally.

We may modify the service for security, legal, technical, or product reasons and will provide notice of material changes where required. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time.

Stappn does not guarantee weight loss, muscle preservation or gain, appearance, energy, habit adherence, or any health or fitness outcome. Results vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stappn is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent lawful in the user's jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Mandatory consumer forums and local jurisdiction rules remain available. If the app is used on an Apple device, these Terms are between you and Stappn, not Apple. Apple does not provide or support Stappn and is not responsible for it. Applicable App Store terms and Apple's standard end-user license also apply, and Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Stappn is responsible, to the extent required by applicable law, for product, intellectual-property, consumer, and regulatory claims concerning Stappn. Google Play terms also apply to versions obtained through Google Play. Mandatory platform and consumer terms control in the event of conflict.
